I am a strong vibrant determine and hardworking young lady who start a journey to aspire females to recapture confidence in one self and approach life with an intellectual approach and embraces core values and self worth…life can be beautiful and happy depending on how an individual approaches the basic responsibilities such as love, self care ,peace and stability towards one self.
I aspire every individual to significantly approach life in a holistic way and take into consideration every factors that will contribute to a healthy lifestyle and well being. not only signs and symptom but also social psychological and ,emotional aspect that will contribute to growth and efficiency on a day to day basis.
I am from a deep rural community in the hills and terrains nearby blue mountain peak is a site seeing community encompassed with beauty and green scenery vegetation where i realized that nature is the first medicine of life long health and healthy benefits .not born and raised in this community i came along more than 10 years and adapt a lifestyle of natural vegetation that becomes medicine to the soul but while enjoying such i still observed that individuals in particular women didn’t realized how much benefits they could exhume from natural vegetation and habitual living…
So this inspires me to help individual especially females to practice living healthy lifestyle with the help of physical exercise , eating healthy and added daily supplements its a journey i wish to travel and take others with me to live healthy feel healthy and endure healthy beneficial lifestyle by implementing strategies that will efficiently pour into day to day living conditions…
